It amazes me to see listings that have terrible photography — Nearly 100 percent of the time, online listing photos are the buyer’s first impression of the home. If you have bad pictures of trash cans or toilet seats left up, what is going to make a buyer want to buy the house? If you don't capture the buyers attention online, you lost them.
It is incredibly important to have quality photos to stand out in the marketplace!
I have tried professionals to take my listing photos with limited success. Sure they got the lighting right but didn't notice the dirty dishes on the counter. They're not paid to stage the shot, just take them.
I decided to solve the problem by doing the photography myself. I spent quite a while learning photography and acquiring the skills of a professional. I also invested a lot of money into the proper equipment. Extremely expensive cameras and lenses don't make a great shot, but it sure helps! That's why I use the highest quality camera and drone equipment.
Give me a call or drop me a line and I will be happy to show you what I can do!
